Vermont has a wide range of programs, protections and resources to ensure the state's housing is safe, decent, and affordable to all. 

Housing Access Reporting Tool (HART)

This tool is to be used by the owners of publicly funded housing to report on their progress, challenges and successes in working towards goal of making at least 15% of the housing units that received state-controlled funding available to Vermonters experiencing homelessness. This goal was established by Executive Order 3-73: Publicly Funded Housing for the Homeless.
