About us:
The Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD) encompasses three major state departments Economic Development, Housing & Community Development and Tourism & Marketing. Our agency is made up of more than 100 employees who are tasked with working on programs that serve Vermont by enhancing the business climate, promoting the production and preservation of affordable housing, strengthening our communities, marketing Vermont to tourists, businesses and others.

- Fitness Center - Montpelier location offers a fitness facility
- Outdoor Fitness - Located on the Montpelier campus is a 1.2 mile trail with 18 fitness stations. The course is used as a running/walking trail during the summer season and as a snowshoe trail during the winter season.
- Livewell Vermont- The Livewell Vermont program is in an incentive program that promotes healthy lifestyles. This team works in partnership with health and wellness resources both within and outside of state government.
- Onsite Dining - Our Montpelier office has access to on-site dining service - offering breakfast and lunch options.
