Manufactured Home Improvement and Repair Program (MHIR) Deadlines
Due to the high volume of applications received, the 2025 round of MHIR applications will close on April 25, 2025 for Home Repair, Infill, and Foundation Awards. DHCD is seeking base funding for the MHIR program so the needs of vulnerable Vermonters can be met going forward.
Emergency Home Repair applications will remain open past the closing date for households facing immediate housing loss due to eligible repair needs. These applications will be subject to additional review to determine eligibility.
