To begin the project review and consultation process, the following materials MUST be submitted:
i) name of the federal or state agency involved
ii) type of funding, license or permit for which you are applying
iii) description of the project and project goals
iv) description of the overall project area
v) list of all buildings or structures in the project area and their dates of construction (if known)
vi) a description of any previous ground disturbance (if known)
3) Project Location Map and Site Map
4) Project Plans
5) Archaeological and/or historic building reports (if available)
6) Photographs: current, and if available historic. Submit photographs as .jpeg files
Our preference is for documents, maps, plans, reports, etc. to be sent as .pdf files and photographs to be formatted as jpegs.
