The Department of Economic Development held a webinar August 2, 2023, to discuss the details of the Business Emergency Gap Assistance Program (BEGAP), which launched the next day. The award calculation formula discussed in this webinar changed effective September 21, 2023. Those changes are retroactive and apply to all awardees past, present, and future.
