James Stewart has served as the executive director of the Central Vermont Economic Development Corporation, the Rutland Economic Development Corporation, and the Addison County Economic Development Corporation. Stewart developed and oversaw revolving loan funds, real estate development, and client services such as technical assistance programs for small businesses and workforce development programs for large and small employers and has previously served on VEPC as a designee representing these regional development centers.
