Consolidated Plan Public Hearing


The State of Vermont Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) of the Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD) will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on its draft 2018 Consolidated Plan Annual Action Plan on Monday, April 2, 2018 from 5:00 – 5:30 PM in the Red Clover Room at Gifford Medical Center, 44 South Main Street, Randolph, Vermont.

The plan constitutes the State's application for approximately $10 million in funding provided annually to the State by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Program, and Emergency Solutions Grant, and describes how these funds will be used, and includes the allocation plan for an estimated $3 million the State expects to receive from the National Housing Trust Fund to develop affordable housing for extremely low- and very low- income households.

The draft plan is available on the ACCD website at and upon request from the DHCD during regular business hours.
