The State of Vermont's Department of Housing and Community Development is seeking input from stakeholders on the Vermont Draft Recovery Housing Program Action Plan (RHP) that is to be submitted to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Recovery Housing Program’s FY20 and FY21. The State of Vermont has been allocated FY20 $753,000 and FY21 $791,652 in RHP funds that are intended to be used to address the needs of transitional housing for people recovering from addiction in the State. The RHP Action Plan outlines priorities for the use of approximately $1.5 million in federal funds being provided to the State.
