Ambassador Program

The Vermont Ambassador Program is currently being re-evaluated and we are not taking any new applications for certification. To stay up to date on future opportunities, please sign up for our Industry Newsletter.

The Vermont Ambassador Program is a staff training tool that provides front-line employees with information and resources to help visitors with their travel needs. The Ambassador Program is free and available to all Vermonters and Vermont travel and hospitality related businesses and organizations.

The Ambassador Program consists of a series of video presentations averaging seven minutes in length. Each video features a Vermont tourism industry professional who shares their expertise in their segment of the travel industry.

The video series can serve as a stand-alone resource or, with a little more commitment, individuals can earn Vermont Ambassador Certification, and businesses or organizations can earn Vermont Ambassador Information Center designation.
