The Town of Middlebury received $930,000 in VCDP funds that were used to help secure financing for EastView at Middlebury.  These funds ensured the creation of 31 full-time positions and 21 part-time positions and 99 new units of independent and assisted care housing for seniors.

Harrington Village will create 82 new housing units and conserve 13 acres on the LaPlatte River. Thirty-six apartments will be affordable to low income Vermonters, and another 36 senior apartments will offer Support and Services at Home.
