VT PTAC is part of a network of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers throughout the US that share one common goal: to provide business with an understanding of the requirements of government contracting and the know-how to obtain and successfully perform federal, state, and local contracts.

For small companies with an interest in selling to the government, VT PTAC is where to begin. VT PTAC provides the in-depth understanding of complex documentation and uniquely defined product specifications that most businesses lack. Our Mission:

Our mission is to increase the percentage of federal contracts awarded to Vermont businesses with particular emphasis on contracts awarded to small businesses. The federal spending can flow to businesses either as direct contract recipients, or through subcontractors to prime contractors with federal government contracts.
